Scott Edward Foust

Scott Edward Foust, age 61, passed away peacefully on Saturday evening, May 23, 2026. He was born on May 20, 1965, to the late Elmer Ray Foust and Patricia Ann Foust (née Williams).

Scott was a profoundly talented musician who shared his heart through his guitar, his harmonica, and his own beautifully written songs. His soothing voice and effortless talent could captivate a room for hours. Though he will be deeply missed, his family takes comfort in knowing he is finally free from pain and safely reunited with loved ones who went before him.

He is survived by his loving children: Scott Foust Jr. (Alexandria), Melissa Foust-Hernandez (Moses), Steven Foust, and Sara Foust (Adam Mueller). He was the dear brother of Michael (Linda) Foust, Craig Foust, and Gary Foust, and a cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews. Scott was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Linda Foust, his brother Ronald Foust, and his sister Denise Kostal.

A celebration of Scott’s life and music will be held at a later date.
