Arlene "Margaret" James, 70, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 18, 2026. Born on July 23, 1955 to Richard and Grace Neer (both of whom preceded her in death), Margaret was a cherished sister, aunt, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, warmth, and resilience.

She is survived by her siblings Richard, Chris, and Jackie, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends. Margaret was predeceased by her late husband Patrick James and beloved brother Danny, who left an enduring hole in her heart. Despite this loss, Margaret carried the memories of her loved ones with her every day, and she found comfort in the bonds she shared with her surviving family.
