Kathy Anne Dadisman

Kathy Dadisman (née Carek), age 65, was born in Sheffield Lake, Ohio, on March 15, 1961, grew up in Avon Lake, OH and passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026.

Kathy was the beloved companion of George Colapietro; loving mother of Jason Dadisman, Katelyn Dadisman, and Amy Dadisman; and dear sister of Ronald Carek Jr. (Lynne), Joseph Carek, Richard Carek (Tracy), Randy Carek (Kim), Robert Carek (Sheri), and Kristine Hache (Denis). She was the cherished daughter of Ronald Carek and the late Margaret Carek (née Kistner).

Kathy was the proud owner of Cap’n Taco on Brookpark Road. She loved playing softball and especially enjoyed music, cooking, and gardening. Kathy will be remembered for the happiness she brought to those around her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
